By accessing Facturar you agree to these Terms If you disagree do not use the service.
2 Eligibility
The service is for individuals 16 years or older who can enter contracts. No sign up is required
3 License to Use
We grant you a limited non exclusive, non transferable license to use Facturar to create invoices for lawful personal or business purposes
4 User Content
You retain full ownership of the data you input ("User Content"). You grant us a temporary license to process that data solely to provide the Service and deliver your PDF.
5 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use Facturar for unlawful activities or fraudulent invoices.
- Upload viruses malware or other harmful code.
- Violate intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Interfere with or reverse engineer the service.
6 Fees and Payments
Facturar is currently free. If premium features are introduced later, pricing and terms will be clearly disclosed before you opt in.
7 AI Helper Upcoming
When the AI helper launches:
- AI output is draft only you must verify accuracy.
- We are not liable for loss from reliance on AI content.
- Do not input highly confidential data you cannot legally share.
8 Intellectual Property
All platform code, design, and trademarks belong to Facturar or its licensors. You may not copy modify or distribute them without consent
9 Service Availability and Updates
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Facturar at any time without liability.
10 Disclaimer of Warranties
Facturar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind (express or implied). We do not guarantee that invoices meet every jurisdiction's tax or formatting rules.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Facturar and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service.
12 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Facturar harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms
13 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, unless the parties agree to an alternative method such as arbitration.
14 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the website.
